As the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel without incurring a full charge for the session. 6. Students should be ready to begin their sessions at their scheduled appointment times. A session will not be extended if the student arrives late. 7. Do you wish to have zoom or in person sessions? Zoom: The rate for a standard literacy session via zoom is $200/hour. In-person: The rate for a standard literacy session in-person is $225/hour. 8. Payment: I wish to pay weekly: Tuition is due by Sunday of the applicable week. I wish to pay monthly: Tuition is due on the 1st of the month following services. *There is a $50 fee for returned checks and/or late payments received after the 8th of the month.9.
